On 24 September 2026, ArtAICare joins the European art therapy (EFAT) community in celebrating the Day of Art Therapy in Europe and its 2026 theme, Find Your True Colours! This year’s theme places self-expression, self-discovery and authenticity at the heart of the celebration, inviting the wider public to experience the possibilities of art therapy.
